    How should I prepare my files?

    If you are uploading your own design files, please follow our File Guidelines to ensure your files are set up properly. If you have any questions, please contact our customer support team.

    Accepted File Types

    Bleed

    Please make sure a 0.125” bleed is added to all sides of your design in your file. Please refer to our File Guidelines for more detailed instructions (e.g. 3.5” x 2” business cards with bleed= 3.625” x 2.125”).

    Before you submit your design file, please double check that:

    - A 0.125” bleed is added to all sides of the design
    - The file is converted to CMYK
    - All layers and transparencies are flattened
    - All linked images are embedded
    - All fonts have been converted to curves or outlines
    - The file has a resolution of at least 300dpi
    - The file size does not exceed 25 MB
